Starting this month, we will donate $50 for every purchase of a new air conditioning unit, furnace unit, boiler or combination system. Every purchase will help send two kids to summer camp to make memories to last a lifetime!
Air Conditioners
Air conditioners, like people and spaces, come in all different shapes and sizes.
There are small window A/C units for pint-sized spaces. You can use ductless mini-split A/C systems with zone control to cool any size space that doesn’t have an existing duct system.
And, of course, the central air conditioner with its network of air ducts is still the traditional favorite option for many homes and workplaces.
Central (ducted) air conditioners
We offer two trustworthy and reliable brands of central (ducted) air conditioners: Coleman’s and Shipton’s. That’s right—we have our own line of air conditioners, too!
We can retrofit any of our central air conditioners to work with your existing ductwork. We can also help upgrade your ductwork, or clean and repair ductwork as needed.
Ductless air conditioners
We offer the Daikin Air Intelligence line of ductless air conditioners to give you all the flexibility and affordability you need to design your own custom ductless system.
Ductless air conditioners are quiet, energy-efficient space-savers, and with wall-mounting options available, they can literally take up no floor space! Another perk is that even when your ductless A/C unit is not needed for cooling, it can still provide you with indoor humidity control.
What is really neat about ductless air conditioners is that they can even work together with an existing central A/C unit! Today, the trend toward adding onto existing houses and offices can create duct routing issues. Ductless A/C units solve these perfectly!
Best of all, you don’t have to worry about the security concerns that often arise when installing a window air conditioning unit.
Furnaces
We offer three trusted names in furnace units: Goodman, Coleman and Shipton’s.
Our in-house Shipton’s line of gas furnaces are eco-friendly, Energy Star-certified and come with a lifetime heat exchanger warranty, a 10-year limited parts warranty and a 10-year unit replacement warranty.
Our wonderful line of Coleman’s gas furnaces are high-efficiency units that are Energy Star-certified and come with a 10-year limited parts warranty.
Our great line of Goodman Modulating gas furnaces come with a lifetime heat exchanger warranty, a 10-year limited parts warranty and a lifetime limited warranty for the purchaser.
Heat Pumps
As heat pump technology continues to accelerate, heat pumps have become a popular new heating and cooling combination system option in Ontario.
We offer both Bryant and Coleman heat pump systems, which can offer up to 58 percent efficiency improvements over a traditional furnace system!
These new systems are clean, quiet, safe for children and pets, and work to filter toxins out of your indoor air supply to help ease seasonal allergy and asthma symptoms.
Heating Boilers
Our full line of heating boilers offers you the convenience of high-efficiency systems that have low annual maintenance requirements.
We offer both Weil-McLain and Navien heating boiler systems. We have two lines of Weil-McLain boilers, gas boilers and ultra gas boilers.
Weil-McLain’s gas boilers can be used with either natural gas or propane to give you the best flexibility and energy affordability. Cast iron sections come with a limited lifetime warranty. Weil-McLain’s ultra gas boilers start delivering energy savings directly out of the box and will operate efficiently even in low-temperature settings.
Navien’s condensing gas combination boilers offer high-efficiency condensing ability with a series of integrated controls to make operation a breeze.
Combination Systems
If your cooling and heating system is starting to show signs of age, it can be a smart choice to upgrade both systems at the same time for improved operation, energy efficiency, cost savings, rebate eligibility and lower overall maintenance costs.
When you decide to replace your entire heating and cooling system, this can also be a perfect moment to re-evaluate the size of your appliances for the size of your space. In past decades, it was fairly common practice to select units that delivered more power than what the space required. This has actually resulted in many of our clients paying more than they should be paying for energy and maintenance!
With today’s amazing new energy-efficient air conditioners, furnaces and heating boilers, you can realize energy savings of up to 35 percent right out of the box (an estimated 5 percent for a new furnace and 15 percent for a new air conditioner). Additional ongoing savings can be easily realized when you take the extra time to weatherstrip, caulk and seal your space against air leaks.
